My aim for this site is to help everyone who visits as much as I can. I will be sharing my month to month progress, as well as my updated photos. I will share exercise tips and anything I learn that helps me, that will help you. I also would love feedback from all of my visitors, so we can help each other.

MY TOPIC OF THE WEEK
LET'S TALK ..........PILATES!!!!!
Okay my friends, this week's topic is pilates...... I have to tell you that this is one of the best exercises going right now. I had heard so much about it I went out and bought myself a tape to try.. I purchased " Crunch Fitness, Fat Burning Pilates".. It's not even like a workout. I have been doing it 3 times a week for 45 minutes and when I am done , I feel totally relaxed...... I have noticed more muscle toning and definition on my body, as well as a more relaxed feeling. Some nights after work I actually enjoy coming home to do it which is very unusual for me because I cringe at the thought of exercise. Now some people have stayed away from trying pilates because of the techniques and stretching involved, BUT do not get overwhelmed start off light and work up to that. It all comes in time. So if you're looking for a new type of workout, or even just a stress reliever, this one's a must in my book.........
